We accept all major credit cards. We also accept various Debit Cards at CCU's offices.

We accept mail in payments as well as cash, money orders and certified checks. Send payments to: Central Collection Unit, P.O. Box 17277, Baltimore, MD 21297-0386.

In order to obtain a release for MVA Insurance Compliance, payment must be made by cash, credit card, or cashiers check.

Arranging Payment Agreement

When possible, Central Collection Unit will allow the debt to be paid over a specified time. Our General rule is that we need an initial down payment of at least 20% of each debt outstanding. Repayment should take place over a period not to exceed a 12-24 months. Our collectors will set up a payment agreement based on ability to pay and the amount of the debt. MVA Insurance Compliance Payment Agreement

If you have a debt referred for non-compliance with MVA Insurance requirements, a payment arrangement can be made if you are unable to pay the debt in full. However, it is required that a minimum of 20% be paid. In order to obtain a release this percent may vary dependent upon the amount of the outstanding debt.
