ABC Training Program

The ABC training program is a new program that was implemented by the Employee Benefits Division (EBD) as a way to inform newly hired ABC’s, along with current ABC’s, of information regarding health benefits. This new program will assist ABC’s in better understanding health benefits so they may assist their employees with questions and concerns.

The training will take place at 301 W. Preston Street, Room 510 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on the scheduled training days. The training will target specific areas of employee benefits and will be conducted by different employees within EBD. ABC’s are encouraged to bring any questions or concerns with them.

Lunch will not be provided. However, the EBD office is equipped with a refrigerator and a microwave; there is also a cafeteria located on the first floor of the 301 building. Parking will be provided if necessary. To arrange parking, please email Britney Scott at britney.scott1@maryland.gov a week prior to your training date.
