The MS-100 Maryland State application is the required document to submit when applying for a Skilled and Professional position with the State of Maryland (as specified on the job announcement).
If you are applying for a position with the Department of Transportation a MDOT DTS-1 application should be submitted. This requirement is also stated on the job announcement.
The Interview and Hire Application should only be used when the job announcement specifically requests an Interview and Hire application to be submitted. This application will not be accepted if an MS-100 is requested.
