Wellness 360 Degrees Challenges and Wellness From the Kitchen are back for a fun-filled Fall!

From 11/23 through 12/20, we focus on sleep during the hectic holiday season. During the holidays, sleep often gets disrupted due to stress and the hustle and bustle of the season. In the Sleep Challenge, you'll participate in weekly relaxing challenges and get useful tips for getting a good night's sleep as you soothe your frazzled mind and body. You'll be entered into raffles for "dreamy" prizes each week that you participate!

New First Time Challengers - Welcome!
1. Visit Wellness360ChallengesRegistration to create your account
2. Within 2 business days, you will receive an email with instructions to complete your registration.
3. You have the option to participate as an individual (team of 1) or participating in a team of up to 5, you will create a team name. Please note: Your team name will be made public. Avoid personal identifiers if you wish to be anonymous.

Returning Challengers - Welcome Back!
1. Log into your existing account on the Wellness 360 portal at https://www.mymdwellnesschallenge.com
2. Click the "Sign-Up" button at the top of your screen.
