Service Alert: P&A Group System Disruption
Please be advised that P&A Group is currently experiencing a major system infrastructure disruption. This outage is directly impacting access to several of their customer service platforms. P&A is actively working to rebuild their infrastructure and restore all systems as quickly as possible.
What You Need to Know
- Your Funds and Cards are Safe: Consumer accounts and debit cards were not affected by this outage. You can continue to use your P&A Flexible Spending Account (FSA) debit card as usual.
- Systems Currently Unavailable: The MyBenefits portal, the customer service call center, and email support are currently offline.
- Claim & Contribution Processing: Processing for enrollments and contributions is temporarily delayed. P&A reports making steady progress and expects to have these processing systems fully restored soon.
