Spring into Motion

What is Spring Into Motion?

It’s a fun, inspiring campaign that helps you move more and discover Spring Things — from adorable baby animals and vibrant blossoms to worldwide festivals, great recipes, gardening tips and more. Whether you’re a beginner or fitness enthusiast, Spring Into Motion will help boost your energy and improve your health as you enjoy the benefits of an active lifestyle — in this season of renewal and beyond.

During Spring Into Motion, you'll choose activities as you discover something new about Spring each week. Logging exercise is simple with Spring Into Motion. If you’re using a tracking device or app, just sync it with your computer and your steps automatically load into your Spring Into Motion account. Or record your favorite activity, along with dedicated exercise minutes, and the program automatically converts your minutes to steps. Delicious recipes, inspiring articles, and motivating daily emails help you keep moving. You can form teams or go solo, communicate with other participants, and post your progress with comments - the social aspect is fun and motivating. Spring Into Motion registration is open now!  Register today at Spring Into Motion
