​Annual State of Maryland Employee Benefits Survey

The State of Maryland Employee Benefits Division is sending out its annual Employee Benefits survey via email to help measure each vendor's performance in meeting the health benefits needs of our employees, retirees and their dependents.  The State of Maryland has contracted with vendors to manage benefits and the State wants to ensure that members receive benefit services of the highest possible quality from plan administrators.

If you receive this email asking you to participate, please respond as your responses are anonymous and will remain strictly confidential.  Only aggregated (overall) survey results will be shared with the vendors.  Thank you.
