Welcome to the SPS Organizational Change Management Center. The Statewide Personnel System (SPS) is being rolled out to all 54 Agencies in the State in a series of phases. During each of these phases subject matter experts (SMEs), process owners, managers, supervisors and HR professionals will be responsible for activities to facilitate the change within their Agency to help ensure that the implementation is successful.
