DIRECTIONS: From DC take I 95 North to 695 North (Towson). From downtown Baltimore, take I 83 North to 695 West. Follow 695 to 795 (Northwest Expressway). Follow 795 to the second light. Make a left at the second light onto Rt 30 (Hanover Pike). Follow Rt 30 for 2 miles to Camp Fretterd. Make a left into Camp Fretterd onto Rue St Lo Drive. Follow Rue St Lo Drive for one mile to Desert Storm Lane. The center is building 210.


OPERATIONS AND MANAGEMENT - REISTERSTOWN
Security: The telework center is kept locked with 24-hour access available via an electronic swipe card. The National Guard patrols Camp Fretterd's grounds.

Operating Hours: Normal operating hours are from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Tuesday thru Friday. Additional days and hours can be arranged for a fee.

SERVICES AND AMENITIES
Workstations: 18

Offices: The telework center has 18 computers in its training room and a large conference room.

Computer Hardware: Typical workstation includes a computer with 300 MHz Pentium II processor, 32 MB of RAM, CD-ROM, ISDN network connectivity and Internet access.

Computer Software: Windows 95, and MS Office 97 with others installed upon request.

Office Equipment: The telework center is equipped with a scanner, copier, fax machine, laser/color printers, shredder, and four phone lines.

Video Conferencing: The telework center is equipped with video conferencing.

Other Amenities: The telework center has a breakroom , refrigerator, microwave, vending machine and free parking.
