Summer Fun and Safety Go Hand in Hand!

Summer is officially underway! Long days and plenty of sunshine make spending time outdoors enticing. While being outdoors is great for both your body and mind, high heat and humidity can make your body work extra hard to maintain its normal temperature. When this occurs, you may be at risk for life threatening heat illnesses. Visit the July Wellness newsletter for lots of great information on sun safety so that you and your family (including your pets) have a safe and enjoyable summer!

Thinking about starting a fitness routine and eating better? Or, maybe you're thinking about how to reduce stress, quit tobacco, and improve your overall health. "Make The Call, Take the Call" Wellness Coaching can help!
