State Employee Culture Survey

Message from Governor Wes Moore:

One of the key values of our administration is to leave no one behind, and that includes our valuable state employees. We want to make sure that your work environment aligns with the Moore-Miller Administration's values, including an environment that is supportive and where all employees have opportunities to grow both personally and professionally.

On January 22nd, the Moore-Miller Administration will launch our first-ever statewide workplace culture survey.  With your help, we want to learn more about your experience so we may better understand how employees are thriving and where more work needs to be done. We want to hear from you, honestly and openly, and appreciate your insight.

We will also provide a QR code that will allow employees to complete the survey using their phone if they choose. Responses are completely confidential—no manager, supervisor, or colleague will have access to your responses.

It is critical to the success of the initiative that we get responses from the widest range of employees possible. Please take a look at the Frequently Asked Questions for any questions you may have regarding the survey.

Thank you in advance for your support for this important initiative and sincerely appreciate your participation.
